Who we are

Our Approach

Justice House of Hope Inc., provides advocacy and supportive services to youth who are victims of Human Trafficking.

Justice House of Hope Inc. recognizes the overwhelming need for services for children at risk of exploitation in different counties in Pennsylvania. We seek to assist survivors that are unable to be served by the traditional system (for example, being returned to their families or entering foster care), by strategically placing safe homes in areas of concern. Our programs will offer survivors with structure, stability, and security in a nurturing environment, housing juvenile survivors from 30 days up to program completion.
Currently, we are increasing efforts against human trafficking in Pennsylvania by exposing the reality of human trafficking and its impact on our community. We educate community stakeholders on how to recognize the indicators of human trafficking, and how they can help. And we teach youth and young adults that predators are in our cities and our schools, and that most times, they are people that we know, people in our families. We teach them how to be vigilant, how to protect themselves, and how to heal from past traumas they may have experienced.

Our Vision

Our vision is to close the gap in between the safe homes and the areas in need. Our ultimate goal is to become a national vehicle for the rescue and restoration of those affected by domestic minor sex trafficking.

Our Mission

The purpose of Justice House of Hope Inc. is to raise awareness of human trafficking, and to provide safe housing services and education to youth sex and labor trafficking victims.
I strive to provide programs, transitional housing, safe sanctuary, social services and training that will educate, empower and motivate disadvantaged, at risk youth who are victims of sex and labor trafficking. Justice House of Hope Inc. will provide services, resources, and mentorship needed to become skilled and effective citizens.

Our Founder

JUSTICE C. MADDOX, President and CEO of Justice House of Hope Inc., graduated with a degree in Human Services from Harrisburg Area Community College, and she has gone on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree as a Clinical Social Worker and Certified Recovery Specialist from Pennsylvania State University. Witnessing this trauma motivated Justice to found the Justice House of Hope, Inc.
